I've been spending my days looking for ways to lose weight.

I tried the Abs Diet, Eat Right for Your Type, and the Lemonade Diet without long-term results. I need a serious life change.

I want to reduce salt, and since there is so much salt in meats, I'm moving to be vegetarian. Won't be going vegan, so I'll still eat cheese and eggs.

It's not as hard as I thought because I cook lots of frozen veggies. I keep them in the office and cook 1 cup for snacks in the afternoon. If I'm in the office late I'll have some corn, peas, and broccoli all cooked up in the microwave. I add some cheese to the broccoli.

I also keep a bag of frozen yam fries in the microwave if I want something a little more substantial. I add no ketchup. Too much sodium.

My weight is 215 today. I'm thinking to lose weight 5 lbs at a time. Maybe that's the best way to get to 195.
